The myQ App will run on Apple iOS devices (e.g. iPhone) using iOS 14.0* or higher, Apple Watch requires watchOS 7 or higher. Android devices requires Android 7.0 Nougat* or higher. Windows and Blackberry devices are not compatible.

*  As updated versions of the myQ App becomes available, older iOS' may no longer be compatible.

A Router with an active Broadband Internet connection and a spare Ethernet port is required.
